My best HIM time is 5:14 (Augusta 2010) and I
believe that I have improved in swimming and
biking since then so I hope to do well. I have
only done three triathlons in my life (three 70.3
races), so this should be really challenging for
me. I am ready and excited and nervous.
Finishing is my first goal. I will let you guys
know how it goes. If I can manage my nutrition,
salt, and hydration properly I believe I will do
just fine. |
