Written on: Sunday April 29, 2012 Message: About a month ago, Mary Eggers from Rochester NY
saw that Lance Armstrong was coming to the
University of Buffalo to give a speech. She
playfully sent out a twitter challenge to Lance
for a 50 meter kick off prior to his speech, to
raise money for "Teens Living With
Cancer". Lance accepted, and a month later
they raised $51,000 for the organization, and had
the kick off yesterday. Mary is an unbelieveable
woman - and after yesterday, she will always be
known as the woman that BEAT Lance Armstrong :)
