Actually, it's with great sadness that I'm
going to have to bid you all farewell and leave
this site. It's now been blocked (along with so
many others) at my work location and I rarely have
any time when at home to log on. It's been a
wonderful journey and it's been great to meet many
of you in person and so many others as cyber
friends. I'll miss you all! Thanks for the
memories and remember all, try not to suck! |

totally kicking my ass. Haven't run in 6 months,
trying to get past PF once and for all. Went for a
little run in my new neighborhood this morning and
it felt GREAT. No pain.....considering yet another
TRI comeback. I am signed up for IMFL after
all...... |
