Written on: Friday March 09, 2012 Message: Today was the swimming version of a March Madness
work out. 100 100 yard repeats on 100 secs (I was
able to keep each one under 90 secs). Four of us
from the local YMCA conquered our Madness...could
become an annual event. Definitely gave us a good
swimming base in preparation for IMCDA. |

I was quite
pleased a couple years ago when I got to 24 at 90
on a 105 start. I wasn't even scratching the
surface. ( A poor choice of metaphor.) |
